CHICKEN PAKORA 2
Ingredients
For Cooking Chicken:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in 2 inch pieces)
2: water 1 cup
3: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
4: salt 1 tsp
5: chaat masala powder 1 tsp
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
For Batter:
1: gram flour 1 cup
2: baking powder 1/2 tsp
3: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
4: salt 1/2 tsp
5: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
6: water 1/2 cup
For Frying:
1: oil

CHICKEN PAKORA 2
1: in a pan add chicken, water, salt, chaat masala, red chilli, and cumin seeds mix, cook on medium to high flame till the water dries, then leave it to cool.
2: in a bowl sieve gram flour, and baking powder, then add crushed red chili, salt, dry fenugreek leaves, and water and mix well.
3: heat oil for frying.
4: add the cooked chicken pieces to the batter, coating it well add to the hot oil, and fry till golden, on medium to high.
5: once fried place it on a paper towel.
6: Served hot with mint chutney.
