Chicken Pakeeza Recipe
Ingredients
To Marinate The Chicken:
1: chicken 1 kg
2: coriander powder 1 tbsp
3: shan chicken masala powder 1 tsp
4: cumin powder 2 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
8: lemon juice 1 tbsp
9: yogurt 1 cup
Other Ingredients:
1: oil 1/2 cup
Special Masala:
1: oil 4 tbsp
2: cloves 10
3: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: mace 1 small piece
5: cinnamon stick 1 & 1/2 inch piece
6: bay leave 1
7: black peppercorn 20
8: dry red chilli 8
9: garlic cloves 8
10: onions 2 large
11: ginger 3-inch piece
12: tomatoes 3 medium (deseeded)
13: melon seeds 1 tbsp
14: oil 4 tbsp
15: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
16: salted butter 50g
17: cream 1/2 cup
18: fresh coriander 1 tbsp
19: mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp
Instructions

1: in a bowl add the chicken with all ingredients under marination, mix well, and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: heat oil add the chicken and cook till changes color on high flame.
3: add 1 cup of water mix, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil separates.
4: in a frying pan heat oil and add cloves, cumin, mace, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black peppercorn, dry red chilli, garlic, onions, ginger and fry on high flame till gets soft.
5: now add the tomatoes, and melon seeds cook till the tomatoes get soft, then leave it to cool and then grind to a paste.
6: once the chicken is cooked keep aside.
7: heat oil add the grind paste, cover, and cook on medium flame till the oil separates.
8: now add the cooked chicken to the cooked masala and mix well add dry fenugreek leaves, butter, cream mix, and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes on low flame.
9: garnish with coriander leaves and mozzarella cheese.
10: serve hot with naan, roti
