Ingredients

 1: chicken 1 kg (cut in strips)

 2: crushed red chilli 3 tsp

 3: soy sauce 4 tbsp

 4: peanut oil 1/3 cup

 5: beansprouts 2 cups

 6: tamarind paste 2 tbsp

 7: fish sauce 4 tbsp

 8: brown sugar 4 tsp

 9: noodles 600g (boiled)

 10: egg 3 

 11: spring onions 1 bunch (sliced)

 12: fresh coriander 4 tbsp (chopped)

 13: peanuts 1/2 cup (dry roasted & chopped)

 14: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 15: salt 1 tsp

 16: green chilli 4 (sliced)

 17: lemon 1 (cut in pieces to serve with) 

Instructions

  1. 1: marinate the chicken with fish sauce, soya sauce, salt, crushed red chili, and green chili, mix, and leave it for 1 hour.

    2: heat peanut oil add marinated chicken, mix, and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface and the chicken is tender.

    3: now add spring onions, beansprouts, brown sugar, lemon juice, and tamarind mix well on high flame.

    4: add the eggs mix and cook on high flame till no liquid is remaining.

    5: then add the boiled noodles, and mix well.

    6: garnish with coriander, chopped peanuts, lemon slice.

    7: serve hot and enjoy.
