Ingredients

 1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut into 2-inch pieces)

 2: tomatoes 6 medium (grinned)

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: cumin seeds 3 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 5: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp

 6: coriander powder 2 tsp

 7: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 8: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 9: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

 10: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 11: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 12: tomato paste 4 tbsp (from a tube)

 13: Bullet green chilli 3

 14: cream 1 cup

 15: butter 50g

 16: oil 1/2 cup

 17: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chicken Maska

    1: heat oil add ginger & garlic paste, chicken, and tomato paste mix and fry it on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes.

    2: now add grinned tomatoes, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, crushed red chilli, crushed black pepper, garam masala powder, and cumin mix well and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.

    3: then add butter, and cream and cook on high flame till the butter melts.

    4: add fresh coriander, and green chilli mix.

    5: Served hot with naanparatha or roti.
