CHICKEN MASALA CURRY

Ingredients

 1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 to 16 pieces)

 2: onions 2 medium (grind)

 3: tomatoes 3 medium (grind)

 4: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 5: fresh ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)

 6: bullet green chilli 3

 7: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 8: green cardamom

 9: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted and crushed) 

 10: Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

 11: black cardamom 3

 12: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 13: coriander seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed) 

 14: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 15: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 16: salt 1 tsp

 17: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 18: ol 1/2 cup 

Instructions

  1.  1: in a pot heat oil add cumin seeds, green cardamom, black cardamom, onion mix and fry till gets golden, on high   flame.

     2: then add salt, turmeric, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, garam masala powder, red chilli, black pepper, tomatoes   mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     3: now add the yogurt, mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     4: add the chicken and cook on high flame till it changes colour.

     5: then add water 1 cup, mix and wait for a boil, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and   the oil comes on the surface.

     6: add the fresh ginger, green chilli, fresh coriander mix well.

     7: serve hot with Tandoori Roti
