Ingredients

 1: chicken 1 kg (cut into 16 pieces)

 2: tomatoes 4 medium (grinned)

 3: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 4: crushed black pepper 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 8: coriander seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 9: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 10: ginger & garlic paste 4 tbsp

 11: Bullet green chilli 8 (cut in half)

 12: oil 1 cup

 13: thick Greek yogurt 1 cup

 14: double cream 1 cup

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN MALAI KARAHI

     1: heat oil add the chicken and fry till it changes colour on high flame.

     2: add ginger & garlic paste, green chilli and fry for 2 minutes on high flame.

     3: then add crushed red chilli, salt, coriander, cumin, garam masala, crushed black pepper, tomato paste, and yoghurt mix well, wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on medium flame till the chicken is cooked and oil comes on the surface.

     4: now add the remaining green chilli, dry fenugreek leaves, cream and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.

     5: Served hot with naan, and roti.
