Chicken Malai Burger 2

Ingredients

FIRST Marinate The Chicken:

 1: boneless chicken thighs 1 kg

 2: vinegar 7 tbsp (heaped)

 3: salt 1 tsp

 

 SECOND Marination:

 1: yogurt 1 cup (heaped)

 2: salt 1 tsp

 3: coriander powder 1 tsp

 4: cumin powder 1 tsp

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 6: white pepper 1 tsp

 7: green chilli 6

 8: cream 150ml

 

 Burger Sauce:

 1: i used the marination mixture

 2: cream 1 cup

 

 To Assemble The Burgers:

 1: burger buns

 2: lettuce

 3: onion rings

 4: mayonnaise

 5: cooked sauce

Instructions

  1. 1: in a bowl add the chicken, vinegar and salt mix well cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

     2: then wash the chicken and keep it in a sieve to drain the water.

     3: in a blender jug add all ingredients under second marination grind to a paste.

     4: marinate the chicken with the mixture mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.

     5: heat oil 3 tbsp in a frying pan, add the chicken thighs and fry for 2 minutes each on both sides and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked for about 10 to 12 minutes.

     6: once cooked keep aside.

     7: in a frying pan add remaining marination mixture, cream mix well and cook on low flame till gets thick.

     8: warm the buns spread mayonnaise, lettuce, chicken, cooked sauce on the bun, onion.

     

     9: serve hot with fries, cold drinks, sweet chilli sauce.
