CHICKEN MALAI BURGER

Ingredients

 For Chicken Cutlets:

 1: boneless chicken 1 kg (boiled & shredded)

 2: potatoes 1 kg (boiled & mashed)

 3: mayonnaise 7 tbsp

 4: Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp or 3/4 cup

 5: fresh coriander handful

 6: black pepper powder 1 & 1/2 tsp (heaped)

 7: green chilli paste 2 tbsp (heaped)

 8: chicken powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: salt 1 tsp

 10: cumin powder 2 tsp (heaped)

 

 For Coating:

 1: dry bread crumbs 1 & 1/2 cup

 2: eggs 3 or as required (beaten)

 3: oil fry frying

 

 To Assemble:

 1: hot dog buns

 2: lettuce

 3: mayonnaise

 4: sweet chilli sauce

 5: cheese slices

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add ingredients under cutlet and mix well.

     2: grease your palms lightly and make round shape cutlets.(at this stage you can freeze them for 3 weeks and in fridge for 3 to 4 days).

     3: heat oil.

     4: roll the cutlets in bread crumbs then in egg mixture, place it in the hot oil and fry till gets golden on both sides, then place on paper towel or tissue.

     

     TO ASSEMBLE: 

     1: warm the buns with little oil.

     2: spread mayonnaise on the buns, add lettuce, cutlets, cheese slice, sweet chilli sauce.

     3: serve hot with fries and cold drink of your choice.
