  1. CHICKEN KOFTA

    1: grind the onions, green chili, and poppy seeds.

    2: in a bowl add the mince, the blended paste, gram flour, yogurt, bread slice, egg, corn flour, gram masala, red chili, and salt mix well and make the koftas and keep aside.
     
    3: heat oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic paste, water 1/4 cup mix well.
     
    4: now add the salt, coriander powder, red chili, cumin powder, turmeric, and yogurt mix well, and then add the fried onions, on low to medium flame.
     
    5: add the koftas and cook on low to medium flame till the koftas are cooked and get firm, then add the water 1 cup wait for a boil, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
     
    6: garnish it with fresh coriander and gram masala and serve hot.
