  1. CHICKEN KHOYA HANDI

    1: peel and boil the onions, discard the water, and grind it to a paste.

    2: heat butter in a pan and add the onion paste, ginger & garlic paste mix well and fry it on high flame till no moisture is left.
     
    3: now add the tomato paste, and chicken mix well, and cook on high flame till butter comes to the surface.
     
    4: then add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cream, coconut milk, and khoya mix well and cook on high flame till the butter comes to the surface.
     
    5: now add the almonds, dried fenugreek leaves, and green chilies and mix well.
     
    6: Served hot with naan.
