Ingredients

 1: chicken mince 1 kg

 2: eggs 16

 3: tomatoes 6 (sliced)

 4: onions 2 large (finely chopped)

 5: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 8: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 9: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 10: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp

 11: Bullet green chilli 3 (sliced)

 12: fresh coriander handful

 13: oil 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Chicken Khagina

    1: heat oil add cumin seeds, onions, ginger & garlic paste fry till the onions get soft on high flame.

    2: then add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chili, water 1/2 cup, and cook till the tomatoes soften and oil comes on the surface, on high flame.

    3: add the chicken mince and cook on medium flame till cooked completely.

    4: beat the eggs and add them with the chicken, keep stirring till cooked and oil comes on the surface, on high flame.

    5: now add green chili, garam masala powder, and coriander and mix well.

    6: Served hot with paratha or roti.
