Chicken Keema Shimla Mirch
Ingredients
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: black peppercorn 8
4: clove 5
5: cinnamon stick 1
6: black cardamom 2
7: onion 2 medium (finely chopped)
8: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
9: tomatoes 4 medium (grind)
10: turmeric 1/2 tsp
11: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: red chilli powder 2 tsp
13: coriander seeds 1 & 1/2 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
14: chicken mince 1 kg
15: bellpepper 3 medium (deseeded & cut in cubes)
16: garam masala powder 1tsp
17: bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)
18: fresh coriander 2 hand full
Instructions

1: heat oil add cumin seeds, black peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.
2: then add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
3: add the chicken mince and cook on high flame till gets white in colour.
4: add water 1/2 a cup and cook on low to medium flame till the water dries.
5: now add bell peppers, green chilli, garam masala powder mix and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
6: add coriander leaves and remaining green chilli and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
7: serve hot with roti, rice, paratha.
