Chicken Karahi Dhaba Style

1: Chicken 2kg- 32 pieces
2: tomatoes 5-6
3: Ginger Garlic paste 2tbsp (heaped)
4: Onions medium 3 (finely chopped)
5: Coriander powder 2 & 1/2 tsp (heaped)
6: Salt 2tsp
7: Cumin seeds 3tsp (heaped)
8: Crushed Black pepper 2 & 1/2 tsp
9: Crushed Red chilli 3tsp
10: Coriander half bunch (Chopped for Garnishing)
11: Bullet Green Chillies 4
12: Green Chillies 5-6 (Chopped)
12: Ginger 1 inch (julienne cut)
13: Butter 2tbsp (i will use half butter)
14: Fenugreek leaves 4-5 tbsp
15: Yogurt 1 & half cup (beaten)
16: Oil half cup
Instructions
-
1: in a large pan add oil and fry chicken till it gets golden.
2: then take the chicken out and keep aside and now in the same oil fry onions light golden on high flame.
3: now add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes mix well
4: then add water 2-3 tbsp & cook till the tomatoes become gravy.
5: then add all the spices mix and give it 1 & half minute till the oil comes on surface.
6: now add the fried chicken, yogurt mix, cover with lid and cook on low-medium flame till the water reduces.
7: then add fenugreek leaves, ginger, chopped green chillies & fresh coriander.
8: now let it cook for 1 minute on high flame.
9: then add butter & whole green chillies, mix till the butter melts.
10: serve hot with Naan or Roti
