Chicken Crumb Roll

Ingredients

Filling:

 1: oil 3 tbsp

 2: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in thin strips)

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 4: salt 1/4 tsp

 5: tikka masala 2 tbsp

 6: onion 1 medium (sliced)

 7: cabbage 1 cup (sliced)

 8: capsicum 1 medium (sliced)

 9: carrots 2 medium (finely sliced)

 10: noodles 200g (boiled with salt 1 tsp)

 

 Batter For Pancake:

 1: eggs 8

 2: salt 1/2 tsp

 3: cornflour 8 tbsp

 

 For Coating:

 1: eggs 4

 2 : dry bread crumbs 2 cups or (as much required)

Instructions

  1. 1: heat oil add the chicken strips and cook till changes colour.

     2: add ginger & garlic paste, salt, tikka masala cook till the water dries and chicken is tender, on medium flame.

     3: now add onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrots mix well and cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

     4: then add boiled noodles mix well on high flame for 2 minutes.

     5: leave the filling to cool down.

     6: beat eggs add salt and cornflour, mix well.

     7: heat a frying pan and brush it with oil.

     8: add the mixture 1/4 cup and cook one side, once the mixture is set remove it and place it on a plate, beat 2 eggs and spread it on the pancake add the filling and roll it as shown in the video.

     9: now dip them in the egg and roll it in the dry bread crumbs.

     10: heat oil.

     11: fry it till gets golden.

     12: serve hot and enjoy.
