CHICKEN CREPES

Ingredients

For Filling:

 1: chicken mince 1kg

 2: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 3: onion 1 large (finely chopped)

 4: soya sauce 4 tbsp

 5: sweet chilli garlic sauce 6 tbsp

 6: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 7: salt 1 tsp

 8: black pepper powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: vinegar 4 tbsp

 10: mustard powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 11: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 12: oil 4 tbsp

 

 For Crepes:

 1: plain flour 2 cups

 2: eggs 2

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: water 3 cups

 

 For Coating:

 1: dry bread crumbs 2 cups

 2: eggs 2

 For Frying:

 1: oil

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN CREPES

     1: heat oil add ginger & garlic paste, mince mix well, then add salt, black pepper, mustard powder, onion, soya sauce, sweet chili garlic sauce, vinegar mix, and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked.

     2: then add green chili, and fresh coriander mix and close the flame, leaving to cool completely.

     3: in a bowl add plain flour, salt, eggs, and water mix it well so that there are no lumps (the batter needs to be thin).

     4: lightly grease the frying pan, add the batter, and move the pan so it evenly spreads, cook on high flame and keep aside.

     5: add the filling and roll it like shown in the video.

     6: Dip it in the egg and roll it in bread crumbs (at this stage you can freeze them).

     7: heat oil and fry till golden.

     8: Served hot with ketchup.
