Chicken Corn Soup 2
Ingredients
1: boneless chicken 1/2 kg
2: garlic 14 cloves (chopped)
3: onion 1 large (chopped)
4: green chilli 2
5: carrot 1 large (pealed & cut in pieces)
6: crushed black pepper 1 tsp (ground the black peppercorn)
7: salt 1 tsp
8: water 3 litres
9: knorr chicken cubs 2
10: fresh coriander handful
11: sweet corn 1 can (325g) (grind the sweet corn with its water)
12: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
13: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
14: cornflour 4 tbsp (mix with water)
15: eggs 2 (beat)
Instructions

1: in a large pot add chicken, garlic, onion, green chilli, carrot, crushed black pepper, salt, water, knorr cubes, fresh corainder mix and wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken gets completely tender for about 1 hour.
2: now seperate the stock and shred the chicken by straining and discard the vegetables.
3: add sweet corn, shredded chicken, salt, black pepper mx and wait for a boil on high flame.
4: then add the cornflour mixture and keep stirring so lumps do not form, cook till gets thick.
5: add the beaten eggs slowly as showen in the video, cook for futher 2 minutes on medium flame.
6: garnish with spring onion.
7: serve hot with sauces of your choice.
