Chicken Chizza Platter

Ingredients

 

 Chicken Marination:

 1: chicken breast 800g (cut from the middle as shown in the video & flatten it)

 2: vinegar 4 tbsp

 3: chilli sauce 4 tsp

 4: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: garlic powder 1 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 

 For Batter:

 1: plain flour 1 cup

 2: corn flour 1/4 cup

 3: white pepper powder 1 tsp

 4: paprika powder 1 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 6: salt 1/2 tsp

 7: chilli sauce 1 tbsp

 8: baking powder 3/4 tsp

 9: milk as much required for a medium batter (chilled)

 

 For Rolling The Chicken:

 1: self-raising flour as much required 

 

 For Topping:

 1: pizza sauce

 2: mozzarella cheese

 3: onion (finely chopped)

 4: sausage (chopped)

 5: bell-pepper (finely chopped)

 6: black olives (sliced)

 7: origano

 

Instructions

  1. Chicken Chizza Platter

     1: marinate chicken with the ingredients and leave it for 2 to 3 hours or over night.

     2: make batter as shown in the video and keep in the fridge.

     3: place self-raising flour in a plate.

     4: dip the chicken in the batter and then in flour and if you want to double coat, then dip in batter again and then in flour. (CAN FREEZE AT THIS SATGE).

     5: heat oil and fry chicken on medium flame, remove and place on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     6: place the fried chicken on a baking tray, spread pizza sauce, cheese, onion, sausage, belle-pepper, olives, oregano, cheese and place it under the grill to melt cheese.

     7: heat a hot plate, brush oil add lettuce and place the chicken and fries.

     8: serve hot and enjoy.
