CHICKEN CHINGARI
Ingredients
1: chicken 1 kg
2: tomatoes 3 large
3: onions 2 large
4: cashew nuts 3 tbsp (grind to a paste)
5: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
6: green chilli 8 (grind to a paste)
7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: garam masala powder 1 tsp
11: corainder powder 2 tsp
12: cumin seeds 2 tsp
13: oil 3/4 cup
14: green chilli 3
15: fresh coriander handful

CHICKEN CHINGARI
1: heat oil and fry the onions for 5 minutes on high flame, add the tomatoes and fry it with the onions, then leave to cool and grind to a paste.
2: heat the oil add cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste, green chilli paste and fry for 5 minutes, on high flame.
3: add chicken, red chilli, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, mix and cook till the chicken changes colour.
4: now add the cashew nut paste, onion & tomato paste mix and cook it for 5 minutes.
5: add water mix and wait for a boil, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil comes on surface.
6: then add green chilli, fresh coriander, keep on simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
7: serve hot with roti, naan.
