Chicken Cheese Boti

Ingredients

 For Marination:

 1: boneless chicken 700g (cut in cubes)

 2: red chilli powder 1 tsp (leveld)

 3: crushed black pepper 1 tsp (levelled)

 4: green chilli 2 (chopped)

 5: salt 1 tsp (levelled)

 6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 7: oil 2 tbsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1 tsp

 2: crushed red chilli 1/4 tsp

 3: fresh coriander 1 tbsp

 4: mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup

 5: cheddar cheese 1/3 cup

 

Instructions

  1.  1: marinate the chicken with all ingredients under marination, mix and keep aside for a hour.

     2: in a frying pan heat oil add the marinated chicken, fry on high flame till changes colour.

     3: now ad water 1 cup, wait for a boil and then cover and cook on low to medium till the water dries and chicken is tender.

     4: now top the chicken with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, fresh coriander, crushed red chilli cover and simmer on low flame till the cheese melts.

     5: serve hot with garlic breadpuri paratha.
