Chicken Burger With Homemade Sauce

Ingredients

 

 For Sauce:

 1: mayonnaise 1 cup

 2: tomato ketchup 8 tbsp

 3: hot sauce 3 tbsp

 4: garlic 2 cloves (grated)

 5: gherkins 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

 

 Chicken Burger:

 1: chicken mince 1 kg

 2: bell pepper 1 cup (finely chopped)

 3: green chilli 5 (finely chopped)

 4: garlic 5 clove (finely chopped)

 5: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)

 6: salt 1 tsp (heaped)

 7: black pepper powder 1 tsp (heaped)

 8: hot sauce 3 tbsp

 9: fresh coriander hand full

 10: bread crumbs fresh or dry 1 & 1/2 cup

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil for frying

 2: burger buns as many required

 3: lettuce

 4: cheese slices

 
 

Instructions

  1. Chicken Burger With Homemade Sauce

     1: in a bowl add all ingredients under sauce mix well and keep aside.

     2: in a bowl add all ingredients under chicken burger mix well.

     3: grease you're palms and make round chicken patty, as big as the bun because it shrinks when fried.

     4: heat oil and shallow fry on medium flame for 8 minutes, once fried place it on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     5: warm the buns spread the sauce add lettuce, chicken patty, cheese slice, spread the sauce on the top bun as  well.

     6: serve hot with with fries and cold drinks.

     

     NOTE: you can make the chicken patty and freeze it and the sauce can be stored in the fridge for 5 days.
