CHICKEN BURGER PATTIES

Ingredients

Patty:

1: chicken mince 1/2 kg
2: Worcestershire sauce 1tbs
3: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
4: black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
5: salt 1tsp
6: mixed herbs 1tsp (basil, thyme, etc)
7: Bullet green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
8: egg (half)
 
 
Batter:
 
1: plain flour 3tbs
2: salt 1tsp
3: corn flour 1tbs
4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5: baking powder 1tsp
 
 
For Rolling:
 
1: self-raising flour 1 1/2 cup (or as much required)
 

Instructions

  1. 1: mix with chicken mince, Worcestershire sauce, ginger & garlic, black pepper, salt, mixed herbs, green chili, and egg mix well.

     
    2: make the batter in a bowl add the plain flour, salt, pepper, corn flour, baking powder, and water slowly to make the batter.
     
    3: make patties as small or big as you want, then dip in the batter and then in the self-raising flour, and keep aside.
     
    4: FREEZE THE FIRST LAYER IN THE FREEZER FOR 15 MINUTES, THEN PLACE THE FREEZER BAG ON TOP AND LAYER AGAIN.
     
    5: heat oil in a pan and fry the patties till golden on both sides on medium flame.
     
    6: warm the buns.
     
    7: now add mayo on the buns, lettuce, patty, cheese, onion rings and tomatoes, ketchup.
     
    8: Served hot.
