Chicken Bukhara 2

Ingredients

 For Marination:

 1: chicken 1 kg

 2: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 3: cashew nuts 15 (&) melon seeds 2 tbsp (a little water & grind)

 4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 6: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 8: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 9: garam masala powder 1 tsp

10: dry mango powder 1 tsp

11: corainder powder 2 tsp

12: yogurt 1 cup

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: bay leaves 2

 3: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 4: green chilli 5 (chopped)

 5: onions 3 large (grind)

 6: tomatoes 3 large (grind)

 7: dry plums 8 (or) dry Apricot 8 (chopped)

 8: fresh coriander 5 tbsp

 9: green chilli 4

Instructions

  1. 1: marinate chicken all ingredients under marination, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.

     2: heat oil add bay leaves, cumin seeds, onions and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     3: then add green chilli, tomatoes cook on high flame till the oil separates.

     4: now add the chicken mix well, cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes till the chicken changes colour.

     5: add water 1 cup mix cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil separates.

     6: then add dry plums or apricot, fresh coriander, green chilli mix well.

     7: serve hot with roti, naan.
