Ingredients

1: chicken breast 400g (cut into 2-inch cubes)

2: tandoori masala 4tbs (ready-made)

3: egg 1

4: corn flour 2 tbsp (heaped)

5: lemon juice 4tbs

6: oil for frying

 

Masala:

1: onions 2 medium (finely chopped)

2: tomatoes 2 medium (sliced)

3: cashew nuts 15 (grind with little milk to a paste)

4: red chilli powder 1 tsp

5: turmeric 1/2 ts

6: dry fenugreek leaves 1&1/2 tbs

7: salt 1/2 ts

8: garam masala powder 1/2 ts

9: fresh coriander 3 tbs

Instructions

  1. Recipe For Chicken:

    1: marinate chicken with, tandoori masala, corn flour, egg, and lemon juice mix well cover, and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.

    2: heat oil and fry the chicken pieces on medium flame.

    3: keep on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

     

    Recipe For Masala:

    1: heat oil and fry the onions till lightly golden on high flame.

    2: then add the tomatoes, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, fenugreek, cashew nut paste, and water 1 cup cook on medium flame till the oil comes to the surface.

    3: add the fried chicken, and fresh coriander and mix well.

    4: Served hot with paratha or puri.
