Chicken Bread Triangle

Ingredients

 

 For Filling:

 1: oil 3 tbsp

 2: chicken mince 1 kg

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 4: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 5: salt 1/2 tsp

 6: tandoori masala powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp ( Check Here For My Tandoori Masala Recipe )

 7: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 8: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 

 Vegetables For The Filling:

 1: onion 1 small (finely chopped)

 2: black olives 15 (finely chopped)

 3: carrots 2 small (peeled, grated & squeezed)

 4: bell pepper 1 small (finely chopped)

 5: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: mayonnaise 4 to 5 tbsp ( Check My Mayonnaise Recipe ) 

 2: tomato ketchup 4 to 5 tbsp ( Check my Tomato Ketchup Recipe )

 3: bread slices (as many required)

 4: eggs 2 to 4

 5: dry bread crumbs (or) grind the sides of the bread to make bread crumbs

 6: cheese slices (as many required)

 7: oil for frying

  

Instructions

  1. Chicken Bread Triangle

     1: heat oil add the chicken mince and fry till changes colour.

     2: then add the ingredients under filling mix well and cook till the chicken is cooked on medium flame.

     3: now add onion, black olives, carrots, bellpepper, fresh corainder mix well and cook on high flame for 3 minutes and then keep aside to cool completely.

     4: add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and mix well.

     5: you can keep this mixture in the fridge for 3 to 4 days in a air tight container.

     6: cut the sides of the bread slices and rol the breads flat.

     7: place the cheese slice add the filling, brush the sides with water and seal it well as showen in the video.

     8: now dip the bread in the eggs, roll in the bread crumbs.

     9: you can freeze them at this stage in a air tight conatiner or zip lock bags.

     10: heat oil.

     11: fry till gets golden and then place them on paper towel.

     12: serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
