CHICKEN BOTI MASALA

Ingredients

 1: chicken breast 1 kg (cut in 1 inch)

 2: thick Greek yogurt 1 cup

 3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 4: green chilli 3 (crushed)

 5: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp

 6: chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp (readymade)

 7: salt 1/2 tsp

 8: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 9: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp

 10: fresh ginger 1/2 inch (sliced)

 11: Bullet green chilli 2

 12: oil 1/2 cup

 13: fresh coriander 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. 1: in a pan add the chicken, tikka masala, ginger & garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper, crushed red chili, crushed green chili, lemon juice, yogurt, and water 1 cup mix well and wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked and no water is left.

    2: now add the oil and cook till the oil comes on the surface, on high flame.

    3: add the fresh coriander, and ginger and mix well.

    4: garnish it with remaining ginger, and green chilli.

    5: serve with paratha.
