Chicken Aloo Pakora Recipe
Ingredients
1: boneless chicken 500g (cut into very small pieces)
2: potatoes 500g (peeled & cut into small cubes)
3: onions 2 medium (finely sliced)
4: green chilli 5 (chopped)
5: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp (heaped)
7: red chili powder 1 & 1/2 tsp (heaped)
8: cumin seeds 2 & 1/2 tsp (heaped) (dry roasted & crushed)
9: coriander seeds 3 tsp (heaped) (dry roasted & crushed)
10: crushed red chilli 2 tsp (heaped)
11: fresh coriander 1 small bunch (chopped)
12: gram flour 3 cups (heaped)
13: Water
Instructions

1: in a bowl add chicken, potatoes, onions, green chilli, fenugreek, salt, red chilli, cumin, coriander, and rushed red chilli mix well add fresh coriander and mix.
2: now add gram flour and mix well with pressure add a little water, just enough to bind the mixture but do make it liquid.
3: heat oil rot.
4: add the mixture to the hot oil with a spoon or your hands, fry it on medium to high flame for 8 minutes till golden and crispy, then place on a paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: Served hot with ketchup, mint chutney, or imli chutney.
