CHEESY VEGGIE BURGER

Ingredients

 1: potatoes 1/2 kg (boiled & mashed)

 2: peas 1/4 cup (boiled)

 3: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp

 6: coriander 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: cumin 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 8: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 9: onion 1 small (finely chopped)

 10: green chill 1 (chopped)

 11: fresh coriander 2 tbsp

 

 For Batter:

 1: rice flour 1/2 cup

 2: plain flour 1/2 cup

 3: salt 1/2 tsp

 4: water 1 cup

 

 For Coating:

 1: dry bread crumbs

 2: oil for frying

 

 For Cheesy Sauce:

 1: milk 100ml

 2: processed cheese 50g (grated)

 3: mozzarella cheese 50g (grated)

 4: crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp

 

 For Assembling Burger:

 1: buns

 2: lettuce

 3: onion

Instructions

  1. CHEESY VEGGIE BURGER

    1: in a bowl add, potatoes, onion, green chili, garam masala powder, chaat masala, cumin, coriander, salt, crushed red chilli, and fresh coriander mix well and then add peas and mix again.

     2: now make the patty round, and keep it aside.

     3: in a bowl add plain flour, rice flour, salt, and water mix well.

     4: heat oil.

     5: Dip the patty in the batter and then roll in bread crumbs, fry till golden on high flame, and keep it on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

     6: in a pan add milk bring to a boil, add cheese mix along with mozzarella cheese, black pepper mix, and cook on medium flame till gets thick.

     7: warm buns.

     8: to assemble: on the bun add lettuce, onion, patty, and cheese sauce top it with the bun.

     9: Served hot with fries and ketchup.
