Cheesy Onion Pakora

Ingredients

 

 1: onions 6 medium (peeled and separate the layers)

 2: green chilli 5 (finely chopped)

 3: gram flour 1 & 1/2 cup (i used 250 ml cup)

 4: rice flour 1/3 cup

 5: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 6: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 8: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: salt 1 tsp

 10: turmeric 1/4 tsp

 11: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 12: baking soda 1/4 tsp

 13: water 2 to 4 tbsp

 

 Stuffing:

 1: mozzarella cheese (cubes or grated)

 

Instructions

  1. Cheesy Onion Pakora

     1: in a bowl add all ingredients mix well and make a thick batter not liquidy, squeeze the onions with firm hands.

     2: heat oil.

     3: grease your palms and take the onion mixture and flatten it on your palms add the cheese and cover with the  onion mixture.

     4: add the stuffed onion pakora in the hot oil and fry on low to medium flame till gets golden, then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     5: serve hot with ketchup.
