CHEESEBURGER MASH POTATO DIPS
Ingredients
1: potato 6 cups (boiled & mashed)
2: chicken or beef sausage 1 (chopped finely)
3: cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
4: salt 1 tsp
5: black pepper powder 1 tsp
6: beef mince 500g
7: salt 1 tsp
8: black pepper powder 1 tsp
9: garlic powder 1 tsp
10: cheddar cheese 12 pieces (cut in squares)
11: eggs 2
12: flour 2 cups
13: dry breadcrumbs 2 cups
14: sesame Seeds 1/3 cup
12: Oil to fry
Instructions

1: in a bowl add mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper, grated cheese, sausage mix well.
2: in a bowl add mince, salt, black pepper, garlic powder mix well.
3: now take the mince and make small round shape patty.
4: fry each beef patty in a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat until browned.
5: add sesame seeds to bread crumbs, beat the eggs.
6: press mashed potato into a disk, add one patty and top with a slice of cheddar cheese & wrap mash around and form into a disk.
7: coat each disk in flour then egg then breadcrumbs. ( AT THIS STAGE YOU CAN FREEZE THEM IN ZIPLOCK BAGS FOR 2 WEEKS ).
8: fry each disk until golden brown.
9: serve hot with ketchup.
