CHATPATA KEEMA

Ingredients

 

 

 1: mutton mince 1 kg

 2: yogurt 1 cup

 3: onions 2 medium (finely chopped)

 4: green chilli 4 (sliced)

 5: cashew nuts 30 or almonds 30 & (if using poppy seeds use 1 tbsp & grind it with the nuts)

 6: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 7: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 10: corainder seeds 4 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 11: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 12: green cardamom powder 1 tsp

 13: oil 1/2 cup

 14: coriander leaves handful

 

 

Instructions

  1. CHATPATA KEEMA *COOK WITH FAIZA*

     1: heart oil add onions and fry till gets soft on high flame.

     2: add ginger & garlic past, mince and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     3: then add yogurt, salt, green cardamom powder, red chilli powder mix cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on surface.

     4: now add garam masala powder, cumn, corainder, cashew, corainder leaves, green chilli mix and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

     5: serve hot with roti.
