Ingredients

For Filling:

 1: potatoes 1 kg (peeled, boiled & mashed)

 2: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp (heaped)

 3: coriander seeds 1 tbsp (heaped) (dry roasted & crushed)

 4: fry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 5: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 6: green chilli 5 (finely chopped)

 7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: onion seeds 1 tsp (kalonji)

 9: carom seeds 1 tsp (ajwain)

 10: black salt 1/2 tsp

 11: fresh coriander 1 hand full

 

Other Ingredients:

 1: dough check the link under the video

 2: mozzarella cheese (as much as required)

 3: oil or ghee

Instructions

  1. Chatpata Aloo Paratha

    1: mix all ingredients under filling in a bowl.

    2: then make small balls out of the dough.

    3: roll them into small disks.

    4: add the filling, cheese and cover it with the other rolled dough, and seal the sides as shown in the video.

    4: heat the flat pan (tawa).

    5: place the paratha on the tawa cook one side and then flip to cook the other side.

    6: now spread the ghee, oil, butter your choice, and fry till gets golden and crisp on both sides on medium to high flame, once cooked place it on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

    7: Served hot with achar, sweet yogurt, or chutney of your choice.
