CHARSI TIKKA KARAHI
Ingredients
1: beef 1 kg
2: beef fat 250g
3: water 1 litre
4: garlic 20 cloves (crushed)
5: green chilli 15 (cut in half)
6: salt 1 tsp (heaped)
7: tomatoes 1/2 kg (boil in water & remove skin)
8: ghee 3 to 4 tbsp
9: fresh coriander handful
10: fresh ginger 2 inch (Julian cut)
Instructions

1: mix the crushed garlic and water.
2: in a pot add the beef, fat and cook on medium to high flame till the meat changes colour and the water from the meat dries.
3: then add salt, garlic water mix and cook on medium to high flame till the water dries and meat tender.
4: add tomatoes cover and cook the tomatoes till they get soft, then cook further till the water on the tomatoes dry.
5: now add green chilli, ghee mix and cook till the ghee comes on surface.
6: add fresh ginger, fresh corainder mix well.
7: serve hot with Naan.
