CHANA DAL & KEEMA
Ingredients
1: mutton mince 1 kg
2: chana dal 300g (soaked for 7 hours & boiled till tender)
3: tomatoes 6 medium (sliced)
4: onions 2 medium (finely sliced)
5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
7: red chilli powder 1 tsp
8: turmeric 1/2 tsp
9: cumin seeds 1 tbsp
10: coriander powder 1 tbsp
11: garam masala powder 1 tsp
12: bullet green chilli 2 (sliced)
13: fresh coriander 4 tbsp
14: oil 1 cup

CHANA DAL & KEEMA
1: heat oil add cumin seeds, onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till dark golden, on high flame.
2: then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, water 1/3 cup, cook till the tomatoes reduce and oil comes on the surface, on high flame.
3: now add mince mix well, cook on high flame till the water from the mince dries and oil comes on surface, on high flame.
4: now add boiled dal, water 1 cup mix, cover and cook on medium flame till the water dries.
5: add garam masala powder, green chilli, fresh coriander mix and cook on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
6: serve hot with roti.
