    1.  heat a pan and dry roast the whole red chilies, carom seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, cloves & cinnamon sticks on medium heat till an aroma of spices comes and they get a golden color.
    2. then keep the roasted spices in a bowl let it cool down, and grind to a powder.
    3. now mix the ground spices and the dried ginger powder, salt, citric acid, black salt, and mango powder.
    4. keep in an airtight jar, and use when required.
