CARROT CAKE ICE CREAM

Ingredients

    1:  2 cups heavy whipping cream

    2: 1 can sweetened condensed milk

    3: 1 teaspoon vanilla

    4: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    5: 1 1/2 cups carrot cake crumbles

    6: desiccated coconut for garnishing

Instructions

  1.  

    1: Using a hand mixer and beat your cream until stiff.

    2: Fold in your sweetened condensed milk.
     
    3: Add in remaining ingredients.
     
    4: Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze over night.
