Instructions

  1.  1: grease & dust flour the cake tin keep aside.

     2: preheat the oven 180c, gas mark 4, 350f.
     
     3: in a bowl mix sift the flour and baking powder.
     
     4: in a separate bowl add sugar, yellow food color, vanilla essence, and butter, and whisk it till smooth and creamy.
     
     5: add one egg, and one tbs flour and whisk it keep adding the eggs and flour, once all the eggs are added then add the remaining flour and whisk well.
     
     6: now add the raisins and mix well.
     
     7: add the batter to the cake tin, and spread evenly.
     
     8: Place the tin in the oven, middle rack and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.
     
     9: once baked let it cool down completely, then cut in pieces 1/2 inch thick, and let it cool for a further 20 minutes.
     
    10: now on the oven again same temperature, place the cut pieces on a baking tray and place the tray in the oven.
     
    11: bake each side for at least 10 minutes or till gets golden colour and dries.
     
    12: once dried let it cool down, it will get even more crispy when cools, serve and enjoy.
