CABBAGE PAKORA

Ingredients

 1: cabbage 3 cups (cut it thin slices)

 2: water 2 tbsp

 3: gram flour 8 tbsp

 4: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: chat masala 1 tsp

 7: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 8: green chilli 3 (finely chopped)

 9: fresh ginger 2 inch (grate)

 10: dry fenugreek leaves 3 tbsp

 11: oil for frying

Instructions

  1. CABBAGE PAKORA

     1: in a bowl add cabbage, turmeric, salt, crushed red chilli, chat masala, green chilli, ginger, dry fenugreek leaves, and mix well.

     2: add gram flour and mix it well, firmly press the mixture, now add water and mix again.

     3: heat oil.

     4: add the mixture in small pieces, and fry on medium to high flame till golden and crisp.

     5: serve hot with ketchup, or mint chutney.
