Butterfly Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
For Marination:
1: boneless chicken 500g (cut in 1 & 1/2 inch cubes)
2: red chilli powder 1 tsp
3: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
4: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
5: chaat masala powder 1 tsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: lemon juice 2 tbsp
8: dark soy sauce 1 & 1/2 tbsp
9: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
10: plain flour 3 tbsp
11: cornflour 3 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
1: potatoes 2 medium (pealed & finely sliced)
2: tooth picks
3: oil for deep frying
Instructions

1: in a bowl add chicken, red chilli, black pepper, crushed red chilli, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger & garlic paste mix well.
2: then add plain flour, cornflour mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.
3: now take a slice of potato a piece of chicken in the middle and insert the tooth pick through the potato, chicken and potato again as showen in the video.
4: heat oil.
5: add the butterfly chicken and fry on medium to high flame till gets golden, then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
6: serve hot with sweet chilli sauce, mayo, tomato ketchup, sriracha sauce.
