Bun Kabab Chutney

Ingredients

1: mint leaves (pudina) 1 cup

2: coriander leaves (dhania) 1 cup

3: green chillies 3 to 4

4: salt 1 ts

5: sugar 3 tbs

6: chat masala 1 tbs (national or shan brand)

7: Tamarind (imli) paste 1 tbs ( mix in 1/4 cup of water)

8: yogurt 1 cup 

 

Instructions

  1. 1: grind the mint, coriander, green chilies, salt, sugar, chat masala & Tamarind paste to a paste.

    2: once it is ground then add the yogurt and mix it well, keep it in an air-tight jar and keep it in the fridge, and use when required.
