BREAD & VEG KEBAB

Ingredients

For Kebabs:

 1: bread slices 4 (grind to make crumbs)

 2: potatoes 3 large (boiled & mashed)

 3: carrot 1 large (grated)

 4: sweet corn 1 cup

 5: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 6: onion 1 large (finely chopped)

 7: semolina 3 tbsp

 8: egg 1

 9: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

 10: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 11: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 12: fresh coriander 3 tbsp

 

 For Coating:

 1: egg 1 or as much required

 2: dry bread crumbs 3 cups

 

 For Chutney:

 1: thick yogurt 1/2 cup

 2: ketchup 4 tbsp

 3: garlic paste 1 tsp

 4: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

 5: salt 1/2 tsp

 

 For Frying:

 1: oil

Instructions

  1. BREAD & VEG KEBAB

     1: in a bowl add all ingredients under chutney mix and keep aside.

     2: in a bowl add all ingredients under the kebab and mix well.

     3: lightly wet your hands and make round kebabs.

     4: Dip in egg roll in bread crumbs.

     5: heat oil and fry till golden on both sides, then place them on a paper towel.

     6: Served hot with the chutney.
