Bread Samosa Recipe
Ingredients
For Filling:
1: oil 2 tbsp
2: cumin seeds 1 tsp
3: ginger 1 inch piece (finely chopped)
4: green chilli 2 (chopped)
5: frozen or fresh peas 1 cup (boiled)
6: crushed coriander 1 tsp
7: chaat masala 1/2 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
9: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
10: salt 1 tsp
11: carom seeds 1/2 to 1/2 tsp
12: potatoes 500g (boiled & mashed)
13: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
For Making Samosa:
1: fresh bread slices
2: water 4 to 6 tbsp
3: plain flour 2 tbsp
Instructions

1: heat oil add cumin seeds, ginger, creen chilli and fry for a few seconds.
2: add peas an fry for 1 minute.
3: add crushed corainder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, carom seeds, salt mix and cook for a few seconds.
4: then add the potatoes and mix it on low to medium flame.
5: add fresh corainder mix and leave the mixture to cool.
6: mix water and plain flour to make a smooth paste.
7: cut the sides of the bread slices.
8: roll the bread slices flat.
9: cut in two pieces.
10: apply flour paste to half of the bread slice.
11: fold and make a cone by pressing gently.
12: now add in a tsp of prepared stuffing.
13: now apply flour paste to the edges, fold and secure the samosa.
14: deep fry the samosa in hot oil till gets golden, place them on paper towel.
15: serve hot with tomato ketchup.
