BREAD RASMALAI RECIPE

Ingredients

 1: milk 2 kg

 2: bread slices 9

 3: sugar 1/2 cup

 4: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

 5: almonds and pistachio 10 each (crushed)

 6: saffron 1/4 tsp  

Instructions

  1.  1: cut the bread slices with a cutter.

     2: place milk in a pan, bring it to a boil on high flame, add saffron, then cook on low to medium flame till gets thick.

     3: now add sugar and cook till the sugar dissolves, add green cardamom powder mix well.

     4: do not over cook as it will get thick one it cools down.

     5: add the bread slices in hot rabri do not soak for to long, place it in a dish with the rabri, nuts, keep in fridge to cool.

     6: serve chilled and enjoy.
