BREAD PASTRIES COOK WITH FAIZA
Ingredients
Nutella Pastry:
1: whipping cream 150ml (chilled)
2: unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tbsp
3: Nutella 3 tbsp (to spread on bread)
4: nutella 1 & 1/2 tbsp
5: brown bread 5 (cut the sides)
6: almonds 4 (sliced)
7: sugar 1 tbsp, hot water 1/2 cup (mix well)
Pineapple Pastry:
1: whipping cream 150ml (chilled)
2: crushed pineapple 3 tbsp
3: pineapple juice 1/2 cup mixed with 1 tsp powder sugar (from the crushed pineapple can)
4: powder sugar 1 tbsp
5: glazed cherries 2
6: white bread slices 5 (cut the sides)
Coffee Pastry:
1: whipping cream 150ml (chilled)
2: coffee 1 tsp, hot water 1/2, powder sugar 2 tbsp (mix well)
3: instant coffee 1 tsp
4: powder sugar 2 tbsp
5: water 2 tsp
6: chocolate 2 pieces (chopped)
7: brown bread slices 5 (cut sides)
Instructions

Nutella Pastry:
1: in a bowl add chilled whipping cream and beat, then add nutella 1 & 1/2 tbsp, cocoa powder and beat till combined.
2: mix sugar and water.
3: take a slice of bread and brush sugar and water mixture, spread nutella and place the second slice of bread and again brush the sugar mixture, spread the frosting and keep repeating till all bread slices are layered.
4: now cover the bread with the frosting, spread all over (keep n the fridge for 15 minutes).
5: cut from the middle and add more frosting in the middle as well.
6: pipe a little frosting and add chopped almonds.
7: ready to serve.
Pineapple Pastry:
1: in a bowl add chilled whipping cream, powder sugar and beat.
2: take a slice of bread and brush pineapple mixture, then spread the cream, add crushed pineapple and then again place a slice of bread, brush the pineapple mixture, cream, crushed pineapple and keep repeating till all bread slices are layered.
3: now cover the bread with the frosting, spread all over (keep n the fridge for 15 minutes).
4: cut from the middle and add more frosting in the middle as well.
5: pipe a little frosting and top it with a glazed cherry.
6: ready to serve.
Coffee Pastry:
1: mix coffee and water.
2: in a bowl add chilled whipping cream and beat, then add powder sugar, 2 tsp of coffee mixture and beat.
3: take a slice of bread and brush coffee mixture, cream, bread slice, coffee mixture, cream and keep repeating till all bread slices are layered.
4: now cover the bread with the frosting, spread all over (keep n the fridge for 15 minutes).
5: cut from the middle and add more frosting in the middle as well.
6: pipe the remaining Nutella frosting and some chocolate.
7: ready to serve.
