BOONDI KA RAITA

Ingredients

1: Boondi (soaked in water for 2-3 minutes)

 2: Yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup (beaten)

 3: Onion (half finely chopped)

 4: Fresh Coriander 1-2 tbsp

 5: Green Chilli 1 (finely sliced)

 6: Salt 1/2 tsp

 7: Red Chilli Powder (little to change the colour of yogurt)

 8: Chaat Masala (for Garnishing)

Instructions

  1. BOONDI KA RAITA

    1: Drain water from boondi and add it in the yogurt in a bowl.

     2: Then add onions,fresh coriander & green chilli.

     3: Afterwards add all the spices and chaat masala mix well.

     4: Now keep the mixture for a few minutes in the fridge to cool down.

     5: Serve & Enjoy with rice/roti.
