BIHARI MUTTON

Ingredients

 

 

1: mutton 1 kg

2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

3: fried onions 1 cup

4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs (heaped)

5: crushed red chilli 1 tbs (heaped)

6: desiccated coconut 2 tbs

7: salt 1 ts

8: garam masala powder 1 ts

9: oil 1 cup

10:fresh coriander 3 tbs

 

 

Instructions

  1. BIHARI MUTTON

     

     

    1: mix all the ingredients with the meat(except oil) cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.

    2: heat oil in a pan and add the meat mix well and fry on high flame till changes colour.

    3: then add water 1 large glass mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then reduce the heat low to medium cover and cook till the meat is cooked and the oil comes on the surface.

    4: now add the coriander mix.

    5: serve hot with naan.
