BIHARI KORMA RECIPE 2
Ingredients
1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pics)
2: fried onion 1 cup (crushed)
3: yogurt 1 cup
4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
7: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: water 2 cup
10: Oil 1/2 cup
11: saffron 1/4 tsp & kewra water 2 tbsp (mixed)
12: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

1: add all the ingredients together in a pan (except oil).
2: now add water, wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till chicken is tender and less water is left, add in oil, and fry well until oil comes on top.
3: remove and serve with sheermal.
