Ingredients

1: chicken 1 kg (cut into 12 pieces)

2: onion 1 large (grind to a paste)

3: yogurt 1&1/2 cup

4: fried onions 1/2 cup

5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs

6: coriander powder 1 tbs

7: red chilli powder 1 tsp

8: mace powder 1/4 tsp

9: nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp

10: black cardamom 2 pieces

11: cumin seeds 1 tsp

12: cloves 6

13: black peppercorns 8

14: cinnamon stick 1 piece

15: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

16: salt 1 tsp

17: garam masala powder 1 tsp

18: kewra water 2 tbs

19: oil 1 cup

Instructions

  1. BIHARI KORMA

    1: heat oil in a pan add, a cinnamon stick, black peppercorn, cumin, cloves, and black cardamom mix, and fry on high flame till changes color.

    2: add the chicken and fry on high flame till it changes color.

    3: then add salt, red chili, coriander mix, and add the yogurt mix well cover, and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked and the oil comes on the surface.

    4: now add the fried onions, nutmeg, mace, garam masala, green cardamom powder, kewra water, water 1 glass mix well, wait for a boil on high flame, then lower the flame to medium, and cook further for 3 to 4 minutes.

    5: Served hot with naan.
