BIHARI BOTI MASALA

Ingredients

For Marination:

 1: boneless beef 1 kg (cut in 2 inch pieces)

 2: papaya paste 2 tbsp (heaped)

 3: yogurt 1 cup

 4: Bihari kabab masala 3 tbsp (readymade)

 5: salt 1/2 tsp

 6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 7: nutmeg 1/4 tsp

 8: mace 1/4 tsp

 9: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 

 For Curry:

 1: oil 3/4 cup

 2: onions 2 large (finely chopped)

 3: onions 3 large (cut in rings)

 4: mint leaves 7

 5: bullet green chilli 3 (sliced)

 6: coal to smoke the meat

Instructions

  1. BIHARI BOTI MASALA

     1: marinate the meat with all ingredients under marination, mix well cover and leave it for 2 hours.

     2: heat oil add the onions fry till golden, on high flame.

     3: now add the marinated meat, wait for a boil then cover and cook on medium flame, till the meat is tender and oil  comes on surface (you can add water if meat is not getting tender).

     4: heat the coal.

     5: add the onion rings on the meat place a metal bowl of foil add the coal and spoon little oil, cover till the smoke  settles.

     6: garnish it with mint leaves, green chilli.

     7: serve hot with paratha or puri paratha.
