BHINDI KEEMA
Ingredients
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: onion 1 medium (sliced)
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
4: tomatoes 4 medium (sliced)
5: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
6: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: turmeric 1/2 tsp
11: water 1/2 cup
12: mutton mince 1 kg
13: water 1 cup
14: okra 1 kg (fried) bhindi
15: onions 4 large (fried)
16: garlic 1 whole bulb (finely sliced)
17: green chilli 5 (sliced)
18: coriander leaves handful
19: garam masala powder 1 tsp
Instructions

1: heat oil add the onion, ginger & garlic paste, fry on high flame till gets golden.
2: add tomatoes, crushed red chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, turmeric, water mix and cook on high flame till the tomatoes are soft and masala is ready.
3: now add the mince and cook on high flame till the the water from the mince dries and oil comes on the surface.
4: then add water 1 cup mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the water dries.
5: now add bhindi, onions, garlic, green chilli, garam masala mix well cover and simmer on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
6: serve hot with roti.
