 To Make Dough:

 1: plain flour 500g

 2: baking soda 1 tsp

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: yeast 1 tsp (heaped)

 5: milk powder 3 tbsp

 6: oil to grease 3 tbsp

 

 For Filling:

 1: chicken mince 1/2 kg

 2: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 3: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: crushed coriander 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: coriander powder 1 tsp

 7: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)

 8: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 9: ginger 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

10: egg yolk 1

11: corainder handfull

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: sesame seeds

 2: coriander

 3: butter (or) ghee (for brushing the naan)

Instructions

  1.  NOTE: Preheat Oven 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4.

     

     1: in a bowl add plain flour, salt, baking soda, yeast, milk powder mix and then knead the dough with lukewarm water.

     2: grease the bowl and the dough with oil, cover and keep in a warm place so the dough rises about 1 & 1/2 hour.

     3: in a bowl add all ingredients under filling, mix well.

     4: once the dough rises, punch down the dough once again to remove extra air, cut in equal pieces, form a round ball.

     5: now dust the working surface with some flour, roll the dough, place the filling, seal the dough by bringing all sides together as shown in the video.

     6: now flatten the filled dough with your finger tips, place it on a baking tray and sprinkle sesame seeds, coriander leaves.

     7: place the tray in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, but after 10 minutes butter the naan and bake further.

     8: serve hot with chutney.

     

     NOTE: IF YOU TO SERVE THE NAAN LATER, ONCE THE NAAN IS READY SPRINKLE A LITTLE WATER, COVER IN FOIL AND TEA TOWEL.
